Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) // Belleivue, WA // September 2025 ~ Present
- Implemented AMD FidelityFX technologies, including FSR 1 (Super Resolution) and CAS (Contrast Adaptive Sharpening), using DirectX 12 Compute Shaders.
- Explored the integration of machine learning into real-time graphics using Unreal Engine 5’s Neural Network Engine (NNE) plugin. Successfully implemented and tested a depth estimation feature by incorporating the Depth Anything model.

Engineer Intern
- Analyzed and optimized the rendering performance of the Google Filament engine on mobile and PC. Implemented per-pass frame time logging for Depth and Ambient Occlusion passes, and benchmarked SAO and GTAO.
- Implemented vertex quantization technique and developed a DirectX 11-based GPU texture compressor to automate the generation of BC4 and BC6H formats.
